Planning Consent has been granted by Bristol City Council for four residential apartments at 378 Wells Road, Knowle, Bristol
SN Consultants were approached by the client in April 2017 after the application was withdrawn by the previous planning consultancy. The client contacted SN Consultants seeking advice on how to take this project forward. After careful consideration of the issues raised by the Local Planning Authority, which consisted of parking, over development, drainage and impacts on trees, SN Consultants were instructed.
After what initially presented a challenging set of constraints, consent has been secured by SN Consultants within 8 weeks.
Designed by the architect (R&J Consultants), SN Consultants lead the proposals through the planning process, providing a wealth of detailed information and ensuring appropriate technical information was submitted.
Planning consent was received on Friday 14th July 2017. Work has strated on the conversion and is to be completed by May 2018.
