PLANNING & DESIGN AND ACCESS STATEMENT 

Planning Permisson was sucessfully granted approval in October 2018 for "the construction of a single detached two-bedroom house with vehicular parking, refuse store and cycle racks" on land to the rear of 54 Swiss Road, Bristol, BS3 2RT.

SN Consultants were approached by the client in early Janurary.
